We had a very sweaty time recording this song in Chandler's garage.

This song is about habits and routines that we all subscribe to. How our demeanors and dispositions shape who we are to the people around us. These lyrics are more or less words of gratitude for the friends and family that recognize these vices and push us to be more than that.

Really Really Lame is also an experiment with gang vocals.
